Not a government website

This is an independent website. It is not run by, or linked with, the Government of India, any ministry or department, or the 8th Central Pay Commission, and it does not speak for any of them. Where we report what the Government or the Commission has said, we link to their own record.

Estimates, not your pay

The calculators and guides are general information. The 8th Pay Commission’s fitment factor, pay matrix, allowances and start date have not been decided, so every “after” figure on this site is arithmetic on a factor you choose, using today’s rules as the site describes them. Your actual pay and pension will be fixed by your office or pension disbursing authority under the orders the Government issues, which may differ in many ways. For anything about your own pay, pension or arrears, ask your office, your Drawing and Disbursing Officer or your pension disbursing authority, and go by the official orders. We work to keep every figure correct and dated, but we can’t promise that the site is free of mistakes, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of this site.

Independent

We don’t collect fees, applications or personal documents, and no union, association, government body or outside company pays us or chooses what we publish.

Our content

The site’s own text, tools and design belong to PAV Technologies. Government documents we link to belong to their publishers. You’re welcome to quote a short passage with a link to the page. Please don’t copy the site’s pages or tools in bulk.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, have jurisdiction.
