How we fix mistakes, how to report one, and what we have changed.
Every rate and rule on this site comes from a government order or record, linked where it is used. If we get something wrong, we fix it as soon as we can and say so here.
How to report a mistake
Email contact@fitmentfactorcalculator.com with the page, what is wrong, and if you can, the order or record that shows the right figure. We check every report against the official record before we change anything.
What we do
- A wrong figure or rule is corrected on the page and in the calculators the same day we confirm it.
- A correction that changes an answer is listed below, with the date.
- When the Government announces a new DA rate or a decision on the 8th Pay Commission, we update the pages and the “Updated” date at the foot of each page. That is an update, not a correction.
